This semester we will take part in an E-business course. I think more than ever E-business is playing a vital role in the business world. As a marketing student I think it is essential for us to learn the importance of E-business.
Traditional methods are no longer the best way to reach your target market, so having an understanding of E-business will be a great benefit to us in our future career.
E-business is ever changing and what is an effective method of communication for businesses today may not be appropriate in a few weeks time. E-business is a powerful tool to any business that can help reach huge markets that traditional methods would never be able to access. But this power comes with great responsibility. Businesses need to realise any negative activities will reflect on business and may have a severe impact in a short period of time.
I hope from the E-business course we gain a better understanding of E-business today. I also hope it gives me the tools that I require to be able to use E-business successfully in the future.
